Made for watching, not for waiting

Most IPTV players are built for phones first. Chanzap is built for the PC and the big screen.

Quick channel changes

Up and Down to zap, number keys to jump, Backspace for the last channel. The player stays warm, so channels start fast.

Huge playlists, no lag

A playlist with tens of thousands of channels loads in seconds and scrolls smoothly. Everything is stored locally, so the app opens without waiting for the network.

TV guide built in

Now and next on every channel, with progress bars. Reads XMLTV guides and Xtream guides, and matches channels by name when IDs are missing.

Keyboard and remote first

Every screen works without a mouse. Right-click or long-press a channel for more options, like adding it to favorites.

Errors in plain words

Instead of "failed to open", Chanzap tells you why: wrong password, connection limit reached, or a blocked player. See the error guide.

Private by design

Your playlists stay on your PC. Passwords are encrypted with Windows' own protection and never sent to us.

How it works

Chanzap is a player. You bring the content.

  1. Add your sourcePaste an M3U link, choose a playlist file, or enter an Xtream Codes server and login from your provider.
  2. Browse and searchGroups on the left, channels on the right, the TV guide on every row. Type to search across all channels.
  3. Press EnterWatch full screen. Zap with the arrow keys, switch audio and subtitles, and save favorites.

No channels included. Chanzap does not provide, sell or link to any TV channels, playlists or IPTV services. Only use playlists and logins you have the right to use.

Questions

Does Chanzap include channels?

No. Chanzap is only a player. It contains no channels, playlists or links to providers. You add a playlist or login that you already have the right to use.

Which playlist formats does it support?

M3U and M3U8 playlists (as a link or a file on your PC), Xtream Codes logins, and XMLTV programme guides, including compressed .xml.gz files.

When is it available?

Chanzap is in development and testing. The Windows version comes first, through the Microsoft Store. Join the beta list to be told when it is ready.

Will there be an Android or TV version?

Android TV and Android phones are planned after the Windows release.

Where is my playlist stored?

Only on your own PC. Chanzap does not send your playlists or logins to any server of ours, and passwords are encrypted with Windows' own protection.
